easyAI LLC is the controller of client account, portal, support, and billing data.
easyAI LLC is the processor of end-customer voice, SMS, and order facts the client puts into the product. The client owns that end-customer data and is the controller of it.
easyAI LLC uses processors to run the service: hosting, email, Stripe for client payments, Telnyx or a successor for platform SMS, and Vapi or a successor for voice.
easyAI LLC does not sell personal information.
We keep account and portal records while the client uses the product and for a reasonable period after account closure. We keep invoice, payment, and tax records for as long as needed to collect amounts due and meet accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and legal duties. SMS-program retention is described on SMS Privacy.
Use the contact above to ask about access to client account data or request deletion of data that easyAI LLC is not required to retain. Account closure does not delete billing, tax, security, or other records that easyAI LLC must retain.
