ezRo.bot SMS Terms

This page is the ezRo.bot SMS program. It is not the software billing contract. ezRo.bot is the SMS display brand. easyAI LLC operates the software.

Software billing is in the Service Terms and Service Privacy.

These SMS Terms cover texts sent under the ezRo.bot brand. By opting in to platform SMS, you agree to these SMS Terms and SMS Privacy.

SMS / text messaging (platform)

By requesting an SMS sign-in code, sign-in link, or support text on ezRo.bot, or by texting START or YES to our number, you agree to receive transactional customer-care and account text messages from ezRo.bot.

Review and customer-update texts: If you give a mobile number for a review request or store customer updates (on ezro.bot Review setup, or at a dry-cleaning store using ezRo), you also agree to receive customer-care texts and occasional marketing from that program, including a review ask after a visit or pickup. Those texts use a dedicated mixed-campaign number, not the sign-in code number.
